Our philosophy bring us to investigate, innovate, and generate worthy knowledge contributing to Service Science (SSME) community and Service Industry. Service Science, Management and Engineering (SSME) community studies the dynamic configurations of people, technologies, organizations and shared information that create and deliver value to customers, providers and other stakeholders—and how they can use management and engineering practices to improve them (IBM).
We are T-shaped people. We anticipate critical changes and innovations that will impact the Service Systems. In this way, we have defined the Service life-cycle to govern and manage complex service systems. We frequently post insights and interesting developments of the service industry in our blog. We are making awareness of SSME and boosting a Spanish-speaking community in Chile through the SSME Chile Group. The community is free, open-mind and everybody is very welcome.
